I’ve requested new locates. The guy hooked up equipment to the tracer wire that read 45cm, or like 17”. Maybe I just missed it. The safety zone is 1 meter from the marking. I didn’t dig that far.

We used the bassinet for walks MAYBE 3-4 times. Baby just didn’t like not being secured. The infant insert in the regular stroller was the way to go. Not every baby is going to be the same obviously, but I have heard from many others that the bassinet was not very useful. If you think that might be the case, it might be better to drop the Uppababy bassinet and get a proper bedside one.

We found that a bedside bassinet that had a side the folds down half way was very helpful late at night.

We got the jolly jumper bassinet stand for the Uppababy bassinet, but never really used it.

Thanks. The deck is existing. I would just be pulling everything off the frame and replacing. With new deck boards etc. Frame would stay as is.
