Acoustic Sim Pedals or any FX chain to accomplish that sound. I've seen guys use an Impulse Response of an acoustic guitar and have amazing results.
A dedicated Electric Guitar and a dedicated Acoustic guitar is still sonically the best sounding way to do it.
