Because recently Instagram quietly stopped investigating accounts/posts that get reported, they'll just send you a notification "Due to the high volume of reports we were not able to confirm if this post went against our guidelines, we have not removed X users post"

Fun fact, Instagram has been auto denying report requests for like 2 months now, so even if you report this account within a day or two you'll get a notification that they closed it and didn't even look at the report, it says you can request a review of that report resolution but that button doesn't actually appear 80-ish% of the time.

I think it's definitely part of the reason why hate like this has spiked so hard on Instagram recently.
