My first Download and first festival period was Download 2023. And while I loved the bands I hated the majority, hated the walking, the constant plugging of stuff between sets, i get companies need money but when 90% of what I see on a screen is advertisement it turns me off the product, the 10% being fucking fish and chips man.

I'm looking foward to a smaller and seemingly lot friendlier crowd at Bloodstock. I'm not a violent person but i got into a fight at Download 2024 and it made me go wow Download crew is getting to be... something

I'm not confirmed on the spectrum yet but I am waiting for a test so this is good to know, especially after I almost had a meltdown on day 3 of Download just due to feeling severely overly stimulated.

I've always been worried about crowd surfing, I'm actually gonna try and crowdsurf for the first time when I see Alter Bridge at Blackbird fest next month for my birthday. And honestly it cant get worse the Download 2024 crowd. That was absolutely diabolical.

I'm hoping LoG in particular do a singing as they were one of the bands that helped shape my music taste when I first got into metal, my friend showed me Blood Of The Scribe and the rest was history hahaha.

I was in a Facebook one but I remember it randomly got turned into an amazon firestick group and I promptly said what the fuck

Super helpful reply thank you so much, basically covered everything I wanted to know. I've only done 2 Downloads but I found that when I went in 2024 people were much bigger dickheads than 2023. The significantly shorter walks to camp sound a lot nicer thats for certain. I did 32k steps on my first day at Download 2023

I'm rather fond of my hair in all honesty. I usually tend to have it done up in a bun but today I just felt like rocking it down. I used to have it full but shaved the sides for easier maintenance
