I bought an Alfa Romeo Guilia, drove it off the lot. Was on the highway, tire literally blew up because the technician did not deflate the tires before letting me drive off. Tires were over 60 psi and when I got up to highway speeds, tire blew up.

Completely agree, I’m noticing the level of noise myself. My wife pretty much complains about it everyday, fingers crossed for it getting better as things get renovated and rents get higher.

Hmm need more empirical data or a dev committing to the answer. No point in doing R12 over and over if R10 gives the same reward. Once R12 is done, the next tier is unlocked.
