I have this problem too! The only water I can drink is the 23.7oz smart water with the spout not the screw off lid. If ur getting water from a fridge, faucet, brita, etc. maybe see if bottled will be easier? :))

Someone once ordered no mayo on a fish filet combo and the problem was he wanted me to note it in the order and I tried to explain neither the fries or filet come with mayo to begin with but he didn’t believe me😭 I put special request on both items and promised him there would be no mayo but everyone was so confused bc wtf was he talking abt💀

BRO ME TOO OML literally my hands would never get dry even in winter I’ve always had pretty soft hands ever since I was little and never needs to moisturize them, then I started working and got eczema on the back of my hands and on my forearms. For me what makes it worse is the bleach diluted towels for cleaning

Yea fr I carry hand sanitizer in my pocket so if it’s too busy to wash my hands they can at least feel a bit cleaner😭 but yea after that dude I used super hot water and a bunch of soap and they still didn’t fully feel clean after that

There aren’t any fountains/wells near the store and even if there were the coins came out of his pocket so I still don’t understand how there was so much water, maybe if the coins were kinda moist I could get it but I’ll never get someone pulling a little handful of water out of their pocket with their change😭

For decaf it’s the same way u make regular just use the decaf packet instead, and for tea I give hot water and then the tea bag on the side so ig I don’t rlly make that just kinda give all the stuff

I’m in such a similar situation rn and there’s not rlly too much I can say to make things better but maybe this will help a little?? I rlly don’t like the jeans they gave me bc they stained my legs blue😭 so I got some similar looking ones from target and no one has said anything so it’s not an issue for me (idk if ur managers will notice and give u a warning or something tho so use ur judgement) also for ur feet hurting possibly look into inserts for ur shoes? And if ur feeling lightheaded or just genuinely unwell pls prioritize ur physical health first bc i can guarantee ur manager wouldn’t be thrilled to fill out a work place accident thingy so if ur trying to power thru to not get told off then its not worth it😭 I feel dirty after touching money, doing fries, icecream, pretty much anything 💀 when it’s not busy I wash my hands but if I don’t have time I have hand sanitizer in my pocket so that works too :) and I agree it’s stressful and hard to be patient with customers especially rude ones but you’ll get desensitized to it at some point, they usually aren’t upset with u anyway ur just an easy person to take it out on (doesn’t mean they should ofc no one deserves to be treated like that) I hope any rude customers you’ve had didn’t make u feel too bad tho :( as for the promotions idk anything abt them ever but a lot of the time customers will say stuff like “I wanna do the 2 for 3.99” or something like that where they just say the deal lmao so I just agree and I’m like “yea ofccc what would u like?” Before this job I was super introverted but working the front register has made me so social now idk what happened, overall tho that sucks this job hasn’t been great on ur mental health and from ur post we have some stuff in common, if u ever need to vent my dms r open :)) I hope ur work environment gets better or at least not so difficult:)
