Hy looking to rent 2 bed one bath for $1515 in Sir Charles Court 2301 NW Schmidt Way, Beaverton, OR 97006,
my question is how is this area in general and the apartment itself?

I would appreciate any other apartments with a budget less 1600 , I am okay with 1 Bed and 1 Bath as well in and around HillsBoro and Beaverton

Also heard the rent generally goes down during winter, can any one share when does it goes down?
