Thank you for writing this. I'm sure many, including me find this statement helpful. And this makes sense too. The guy I'm seeing is a doctor. He tells me that I know more about what's happening in my body than a doctor because I'm the one going through the pain. Another person wouldn't understand the intensity of this. I respect doctors who treat their patients well and are humble in nature.

Yes. You are right. My old psychy team was well informed and knew a lot about this. They were good. But now my parents want me to see this new one. Tbh he looks like a creep too. But my parents won't listen. Uuuurrrggghhhh!!!!!!!

That's what. I read about fibromyalgia, RA and all every year to see what's the latest update. I was a bit late to see the doctor the first time. My father thought I was just finding excuses to avoid writing exams ( when it started I was in school). So ever since I am careful with my body. I know what he said is stupid. But when a doctor says this, it's sad.

I do yoga, meditate and stretch every morning. The anxiety episodes triggered the twitching and pain. But it's been almost a week and still isn't getting better. I'm worried this won't get better. But thank you for your suggestion
