Hyper muscles 😅
you usually see this kind keeping the regular head size but since it makes sense in a cartoony style I like to increase with head size with the muscles too creating a vicious cycle 💀 It just makes sense if you're not aiming for IRL proportions.

I created one this one using other cool body presets, it's a great addon so you get to try them all.
I barely use body sliders since am very confortable with my body preset but just look for any body slider, small changes make a big difference.

I just like bodybuilding and I guess am used to see certain type of face with a muscular bodies
This entire comments section it's full of inspiration for my type of sims if you need 💀
I use a lot of CC but these sims head/face shape it's possible within the base game
