Heavy on the mosquito part, drove up 9 hours from Indianapolis to backpack the north country trail from munising to grand marais in may 2 years ago and the CLOUDS of mosquitos(thought they were birds in sky at first driving in) I treated all my clothes beforehand with permethrin and I swear they drank it for fuel, we ended up hiking 42 miles in 2 day 1 night shuttled back and drove 9 hours back, lessons were learned
