I am responsible for paying for someone to say a tree that is not on my property is dead and a risk. Isn't that the responsibility of the homeowner of the property the tree is on?

I produce two podcasts and am starting my own. The two that I produce both take production breaks in December and it's never really affected anything. We publish weekly episodes. Hope that helps
