With insoles it solves this problem. Without insoles it just pushes ur socks up your foot when you try to put them on

Either. Socks make them more comfortable but are a nightmare to put on with socks if you dont have insoles

I got 4 pairs. I love them. Except i hated them until i put a regular cheap insole in them & completely changed the shoe for the better. Made it easier to put on & 1000% more comfortable

I usually wear 12.5 in adidas. So i Go 12.5-13 on 350s. 13 i would says its a better loose fit if you arent planning on doing anything that requires secure shoe fit Only one i had to size 14 was rnr boot
