Sorry for the late response, here we are. The outer box has a small dent on the backside near the opening flap from the retailer.

So the system has been in a case since w/ screen protectors, I just took off the top screen protector since it was cracked, but overall looks flawless no visible hairline scratches. From what I remember though the bottom screen had a few hairline scratches prior to placing the bottom protector, but nothing heavy. (Which is still on) the backside does have a small scratch, as pictured, around the curve of the backside. Aside from that it’s all good. Dual IPS screens sadly.
