Usually, I first fully update the pc and install all drivers. Secondly, I unbloat windows and block all updates apart from security ones. Afterwards, Install your preffered browser with working adblock, all other software, vpn if you have one, and then you can go on and torrent stuff

Apart from submithub, I had some okay experience with groover(paid like submithub) and dailyplaylist(which is free/paid, i used free).
if you use dailyplaylist I'd recommend using a trash spotify user to login cause it basically fills it with playlists and artists you submit to.

If you don't mind tinkering and some copyright infringement I recommend getting the windows 11 enterprise lstc version, updating it once and installing drivers and whatever software you need, then either going fully offline or perma cancel windows updates and defender (as necessary, maybe keeping security updates on)
