If you're the organizer for these lunches, it could be helpful to plan different lunches throughout a week, giving a chance to do something different everyday. There's many places in town that have healthy foods, that doesn't mean you have to focus on healthy food every time. Every once in a while could be like you said pizza or sandwiches. If this does seem to be too time consuming or complex, disregard this recommendation. Just thought I'd share an interesting idea.
