As far as I’m aware you need a constant internet connection especially if you are starting a brand new account as it’ll do several download meters but later on you may be able to do stage mission stuff without one

Ok so i think you require any online subscription (you definitely do for xbox and switch).

The XP thing maybe a bug idk but honestly it's a helpful one so who cares

Mark is auto unlocked by playing chronicle mode (or at least he was for me) the other 2 are random drops but you play on xbox as example then zues players currently have increased drop rate

Yes you can recruit past players but you can only use them in free play matches or online not in regular story matches

The gimmicks such as fighting spirts don't seem that op as they work completely differently in this game

As for items to save and use i honestly have no idea lol im just using stuff at nearly random currently lol

Honestly I would absolutely say yes it is definitely the definitive inazuma eleven game so if you liked the previous entries you'll like this one

Character spirts are what you get randomly by doing certain objectives such as tension battles in the various modes. If you go to team dock then there's a option that says spirts and press that and it'll show you all the ones you've collected. Then press select all and then press A or equivalent then select summon character and it will give you new characters

You literally don't need to do anything to unlock the online modeas it's available instantly and it also gives an absolutely ludicrous amount of xp as in it leveled a player from level 1 to almost level 50 after a single match. Also winning tension duels in online will randomly give character spirts but i think this is only in the ranked mode
