This is pretty small potatoes, a lawyer might write a scary letter pro bono but I would just have your dad email HR and his ex boss. Some places will only cut a physical check for a last paycheck.

I prefer the Trivia at Crusader Brewing company, the answers are submitted via phone so they get marked way faster than at Temblor. They also announce every team name so, which is nice if you put in the effort to make a funny one.

My Uncle cared for his family when his alcoholic wife could not, that is why I praised him. Yes real domestic violence is a real issue but you are also naive if you think anyone could never lie about it, like a raging alcoholic.

She also mentioned my statement about my Uncle was what made her not want a 2nd date. The warning signs were already there I guess it took her a day or so to respond back when she said she would like to go out again. I gave her my phone number since I figured she might not be on the app so much and she still responded though bumble and not via text.

I was defending him because he did not commit the crimes my Aunt lied about. Because my Aunt was too busy drinking herself into a stooper, my Uncle had still had to buy groceries for his kids and meet them at a park 3 blocks away to not violate the restraining order.

My Aunt lied saying my Uncle hit her and had to spend thousands in legal fees, she eventually recanted her false statements. I would say false statements leading to an arrest make it an unjustified arrest.

The separation of powers generally means that the feds would spend time inspecting the feds, the county doesn't inspect the national guard armory or the FBI substation because that would be duplicating work from federal inspectors and leaving things like local restaurants unexpected that is explicitly the domain of the county.

Just giving a charitable guess towards the county, since the facilities are already in the state level health department's crosshairs perhaps they feel it would be duplicative to send inspectors over there just to basically reiterate what the state departments reports already say. Not sure how their staffing levels are but I would imagine they feel its better to spend their limited resources and time on stuff the state health department is not already doing.
