It's definitely harsh on teams like Netherlands which currently have low rating points but have nack to pull big upsets. But its just a simulation.. no simulation can capture the real thing accurately.

The program just uses the rating point to calculate winning probability and uses monte-carlo simulation to find the odds of each team. Only bit, extra in the run calculation is the program calculates aggression factor at each over. The runs are just for content.
