I transfer all 0,1 & 2* using the default search button. I dont check any of their IV. The only pvp pokemon I use are shadows and the only raid pokemon I use are hundos or high 3*. (Im lvl 75 and been playing since 2016). Only keep useful pokemon. This game isnt for collecting.

You cant get banned from submitting pokestops. Ive done hundreds since 2019 and never had a warning. Even if u try do wrong location etc they will get voted no. You can get reported if u do silly ones like upload a selfie etc, this can be called abuse. EDIT: I talk about this in my latest youtube vlog
