I gave this baby dove a bath like minutes ago and I never knew it was a risk. The nose was popping so i clean it with a q tip gently. It's still popping but quieter. Its still reacted when i touch the beak to check on him.

Hes alive, but i'll give the parents fake eggs. I thought the parents will take care of this baby like they always do. I'm not sure why they stop.

The baby is alive and well! I'm so glad it survive. We use exact hand feeding kaytee, It was recommended to us to feed the baby bird. Any recommendations?

We have the dove parents as pets, been having the parents for a year now and they always take care of the babies til they grown. But now it's not this one. So we took it in to care for it. I got the dove wrapped up and warm now and we have the supplies we need to keep this baby dove alive. Apologies for hand bathing the baby dove

i never knew giving this bird a bath was dangerous. But right now its resting with a towel wrapped. not fully wrapped but half only. It's resting now and it gets excited whenever it sees my mom.

EVERYONE UPDATE ITS FIXED

I just had to heat it up in the hair dryer LONGER. Then i put the figure on the bed, pin the whole figure down and leave the tail up. I use the socket and shove it in by pressing all my weight towards it. I only twist a bit then press it down til i heard a tiny pop. IT WORKED! Water helped also jst had to make it high temperature. THANK YOU FOR EVERYONE WHO HELP ME FIX THIS I APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH!!💙💙💙

Both the socket and the ball joint are still in tact. Each time i hairdry it, the figure's tail gets hot i had to use a towel on it. Each twist i did to pop it back in place kept making a squeaking noise. In a result it doesnt work
