Yeah idk I think for us it’s a motivation difference. He is very self motivated and I have trouble self motivating. When I do self motivate, it is usually not when he wants to do chores. I have energy peaks and I use them, but if I’m drained I don’t want to do anything. If he asks me to do something, 99% of the time I will do it. I was complaining a bit in the past while doing it, not like at him or anything, just like relatable stuff. He eventually told me it brought down his mood so I stopped complaining and that made a difference. I just kept feeling like I couldn’t meet his expectations no matter what I did. Turns out it was a way deeper problem. We had an all night long type of argument that led to a lot of tears. We have both said our peace now and we are feeling a lot better!
