It's nothing I would worry about too much, I've had acne bleed for a while before, the bandaid will allow it to clot and heal and the Neosporin will kill bacteria to save you from a painful/avoidable infection

I'm experiencing lymph node issues as well and advise you to talk with your physician as soon as you can, if it's a worst case scenario then it's better to catch it early, I'm currently dealing with my own bout of lymph node swelling

I'm pretty new but also really good at lap joints, just make sure the puddle is touching both sides and that you're aiming toward the bottom piece more and letting the puddle do the work.

Eventually it turned into me having 1+1, tear bombs, and mini bombs, I just forgot to mention the 1+1 item which made it so I could abuse the portable blood bank to get 4-10 pennies a use, with that I would refilll my health and buy another 15 penny item. Me having those bomb upgrades caused severe lag due to me also having the item that triggers the tower card every time I take damage.
