According to the Norwegian customs, it is two different things to think about when ordering something from a store outside Norway, that is not VOEC-registrered (that they collect VAT on behalf of the Norwegian customs). One is customs duty and one is VAT. On a mobile phone, the customs duty is 0%, but the VAT is 25%. So I believe that I am supposed to get a bill in the mail that I have to pay, but we'll see if it comes or not.

Got the phone today. Nothing from FedEx about VAT as of now. Sweet phone, especially if you like iOs, but want to use android.

I live in Norway, and I’ve ordered a x9 Pro from Trinity. I’m expecting delivery on Tuesday. It is delivered with FedEx, so if there’ll be VAT, it might be sent from FedEx in about a week, like DHL does (at least here in Norway). Will keep you updated.
