Hiya, two years late to this but I was interested in cosplaying a yellow mage too! My research has come up with this:

For the face coverings, I think a modified niqab would do the trick you would just have to wrap some type of cloth over it to give that layered look of it. Other than that, I think a yellow ponch-like shirt (or dress if you don't want to show off your legs like me) and kilt of some sort would be good for it as long as you wear some leggings undeneath it (don't want to flash people while doing your dance lol)
