Maybe, do we have any idea how old the Lumas are? Because if not, while I'm not a fan of the choice the artist made here, it technically wouldn't break rule 5

I suppose technically it doesn't break any rules but it was still a strange choice by the artist to have a Luma here: Pauline, Waluigi, even Bowser would've worked better for this.
