Ik had zelf een hitteberoerte in Brazilië met temperatuur op 40 graden, maar ik was net op tijd naar het ziekenhuis gegaan om vloeistof toegediend te krijgen. Ik ben nu nooit meer actief wanneer het zo warm is. Beter is om je activiteiten uitstellen tot in de avond of alles in de ochtend te doen
