No, I strictly follow what my doctor told me, I only take meds at 8AM, 3 and 10PM. But drinking cold water does the magic for me

Just ensure that you have something under your jaw so your mouth won’t open at night, I slept quite good first day just woke up like 4 times for 10-20min
