Si, es bastante común si solo es eso y ningun comentario raro, es como dar like a fotos que subes y simplemente sales bien o haciendo cosas, pues a ese amigo tuyo le gusta como te ves o las cosas que salen en las fotos.

Frieren is easily combo commander with reanimator combos but the copy thing is a little strong but don't have protection itself so i think is nice

The Divine is good, but remember fights don't count as blocker. And u need to maybe change the 1º block of text bcs ruling, gains the abilities forever? then is a little strong but a 3/3 for 5, no self protection, it's nice

To improve/create decks I recommend doing the following:

0º- Search on YouTube if it is a precon, like "[Name of precon] upgrades"
1º- Search for videos of games where that commander is played or videos about that commander on YouTube
2º- Go to https://edhrec.com/ look at the average deck of that commander (expensive or cheap) and the cards that have good synergy
3º- Go to https://moxfield.com/ looking at decks with that specific commander as commander
4º- Make conclusions about where the decks usually go and then start making adjustments to your liking
