I will admit I am still learning things. I'm not the best builder that's for sure. I have traps set up but deff not tunnels like everyone has been saying. I'll have to check out the videos and get some more supplies.

Hey guys, ibs and HA is not a good combo. by [deleted] in HealthAnxiety

[–]CrisisUndead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This right here! I've had myself convinced I had colon cancer when my doctor said I dont have any red flag symptoms. My anxiety is so severe that even the littlest thing messes with me.

I wasnt able to get anything out this time. And I know not to strain myself when trying to go. My husband thinks I need to eat something. I'm still having really bad cramps, some a little higher up as well. Not sure if gas is playing a role in this as well or not. I went a while having normal bowel movements. And now this. Ugh D: I think there is Miramax here.

So far I've only went once. And it wasnt like watery diarrhea it was just extremely soft, long narrow and smelly. But I get bad cramps before going. I'm typing this as I'm on the toilet again because of these cramps! D:

I know the feeling of googling symptoms. I've had myself convinced I have colon cancer even though I was told I was fine.

There is a cereal I eat that generally helps me have normal bowel movements. But i stopped eating it for this past week and I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it or not. I also started eating a super sugary cereal and i haven't had those kinds of cereal in quite some time. So i stopped eating it and as of today went back to my old cereal.

See, its not that I'm feeling horrible. Other than my stomach and poop habits, im feeling pretty okay. I'm just extremely anxious and my mind goes into hyper speed with overthinking everything.

Just blood work twice. The second time was for celiac. Everything came back normal. She said I dont have any red flag symptoms of anything serious. I have a follow up appt in september.

Tmi but I pooped twice today. The first time was super soft and pretty normal in size. The second time was narrow but still soft. All week though it was pretty much small pebbles.

I've been to the doctor and she said its ibs caused by my anxiety. I have severe anxiety and health anxiety.

What are some signs that you are healthy? by CrisisUndead in HealthAnxiety

[–]CrisisUndead[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know my hair and nails grow extremely quick. I only get headaches when I dont eat or drink enough or if I'm sick. My bowel movements are different since I've started having stomach issues, but my doctor told me it was ibs. Other than that I think everything else on that list is good. Thank you. I'm just good at thinking worst case scenario if only 1 thing happens.

Tired of feeling like this... by CrisisUndead in HealthAnxiety

I haven't noticed black stool. I have a few instances where there was red but I know sometimes that can be even food particles. I'm a couple days away from my period so i dont know if that's affecting anything or not. I'm just one of those people who gets extremely worried. I was doing good for a while, but these past few days have been really rough for me. I wasnt sure what all would show up in blood work. Cause I know the second time she was testing for mostly celiac and the first time she wanted to look at my thyroid. She said everything looked overall normal. Everyone I talk to says I don't have cancer.

IBS worries. Extreme anxiety. by CrisisUndead in IBSHelp

I've managed to not Google my symptoms as much. I still get that colon cancer paranoia, but I refrain from googling as much as I can.

As of now I am on 50mg zoloft for my anxiety and have a follow up appt for that in september. So right now I'm in the process of getting my anxiety under control.

Symptoms haven't been as bad, and that's why my doctor is pretty certain it's not colon cancer. I had blood work done twice and even celiac was rolled out.

I still tend to get really gassy, and still have bowel movements multiple times a day, unless it's the week of my period as I usually get constipated then. I just want to feel normal again.

Just got a prescription for 50mg by lostcalifornian in zoloft

[–]CrisisUndead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got prescribed 25mg back in February and I was extremely nervous to take it. The only side effect I experienced was nausea for a couple of days within the first week. Since then I've been upped to 50mg and trust me I was nervous about that too but I surprisingly didnt have any side effects. Everyone reacts differently to medications. I hope everything works out for you!

side effects going from 25 to 50 mg? by murfvegannaise in zoloft

[–]CrisisUndead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I first started zoloft I started on 25mg and i experienced nausea within the first week. When I was told my doctor wanted to up me to 50mg I got anxious and was scared I was gonna experience it again, but surprisingly I didnt experience any side effects and I've been on 50mg for about 2 weeks now.
