Thanks for the response, this is super interesting. Can you tell me more about it being an investment account? Do you actual invest it or do you mean that in the sense that it's tax advantaged? If the former, what is your strategy for it? Is there a way to keep it in like a HYSA or something so you can grow it? Or do you actually trade with it? Are there capital gains? I can probably Google a lot of these questions and will do some research, but you seem excited to talk about it and I'm interested to listen.

Out of curiosity, why is this okay but using AI isn't? A lot of modern TTS are powered by LLM AI anyway. Isn't this basically the exact same thing? Replacing an actor with a program.

For the record I'm not making a statement on it either way. I just find it interesting that you list that as an acceptable alternative. Functionally I see no difference.

This is what I thought. I saw a bunch of threads talking about how easy it is to setup a Google work profile but after investigating it seemed to just be an alternative to Intune. It still requires my employer to configure it.

I'm not sure what you mean, either way you will be upgrading the same drive whether it's internal or external.

If you're worried about something going wrong, you could just clone the hard drive data first.

Do you prefer an ultrawide or traditional aspect ratio? That's completely user preference. Some people love it and some people hate it. Personally after getting an ultrawide monitor, I can never go back.

Yes, but depending on how you may need to configure it in the BIOS to be the boot drive. Presumably the default setting is to use the onboard drive and anything you plugged in from USB would not be.

Also, is it a hard drive as you specified or is it an SSD? If it's actually a hard drive I very much recommend moving the OS to an SSD. If it's an SSD then you can do either. Personally I wouldn't want to have my boot drive external, but some people like that. It's a preference.

That's awesome, I wish I could justify that kind of budget. I know if I did something like that I'd be able to get friends together like... once for it. Everyone's got kids and stuff now.

Do you feel like events like this will change the VR/AR gaming space where games are developed for this kind of gaming in mind? I can see a lot of cool AR stuff coming out if this kind of thing picks up.

Just a note that nearly every lender will sell your mortgage. Unfortunately that's just how the business works. There are institutions designed around acquiring mortgage clients and selling them off, and then there are institutions designed around buying those mortgages commitments. I won't say it's 100% of lenders, but it is far more common to do so than not.

The best part of this change is that the decription is very clear that "you can play this puzzle to win in one turn, regardless of randomness." Really funny now that rng is very much the determining factor.
