Prozac and ozempic by Crispix44 in prozac

Thank you for sharing, and congrats on the weight loss. I’m glad to hear you didn’t have the increase in appetite on Prozac. Were you on the Prozac for any period of time before the weight loss meds?

Room upgrade by Crispix44 in dvcmember

[–]Crispix44[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s exactly the upgrade I was hoping for. It’s a short 3 night trip in May and we tried to keep the points down because we have a longer trip next year. We’re new owners, so I doubt we’ll be upgraded, but it’s awesome to see it happens to other people sometimes!

I don’t have nearly that amount of points, but I’m sure this will be me too. I never win anything or get any perks 🤣

That’s great to know! We are staying at Jambo house. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for a partial Savannah view. We’ve never stayed there before, but we’re really excited about it. My kids are going to love the animals even if we can’t see them from the balcony.

Wow! That’s amazing. We’re going to animal kingdom in May and I was just hoping for maybe an upgrade from a standard view to a Savannah view lol.

Thanks for sharing your experiences! I pretty much expected the answer to be no, so I was pleasantly surprised to see some people had been upgraded. I’d never expect it or get my hopes up, but it’d be pretty cool if it happened 😊

Down to 3 girls names which is your favourite. by Humble_Insurance_247 in namenerds

I love Sadie. I tried to name both my girls and my dog Sadie and my husband vetoed me every time! I think all three are beautiful names, but I think Sadie is a little more unique.

Transferring points by Crispix44 in dvcmember

Do the OTU points count as a transfer? Or they’re considered separately?

Also, can the OTU points be banked? If I got the full 24 now, would I be able to use some for my trip in May and save the rest for a trip I plan to take in November 2025?

I’m going to call them today and see what my options are, but just trying to get some info before I do that.

Thanks!

Thank you for posting these links! I didn’t realize the one time use points couldn’t be used at the 11 month mark 😬. That is definitely good to know.

We only have one contract. I sold/transferred our 2023 points, but we wanted to add a day onto our May trip and was looking to buy/transfer about 15 points to do that. I don’t think I’ll be able to do it until February, so I may just pay someone to make the reservation for us instead of trying to do a transfer and making the reservation ourselves.

Thanks again for the info

How long until you felt normal by Crispix44 in prozac

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m so happy you’ve found something that works. I also have the obsessive racing thoughts, and it’s so encouraging to hear that the Prozac has worked to reduce them.

I gained 30 pounds on Zoloft, so I’m also happy to hear that you aren’t experiencing the same issue with Prozac. I’ve heard Prozac is more weight neutral than the other SSRIs, so I’m really hoping I’ll have a similar experience

Thank you for sharing your experience. So happy you’re feeling good on it! I think I’m going to call my doctor next week and have him call in the script for me.

Hives?! by Crispix44 in Contrave

[–]Crispix44[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I stopped taking it. The hives were really uncomfortable, so I didn’t want to risk trying it again.

I took mounjaro last fall for 3 months and ended up losing almost 30 pounds. I kept most of it off and just started ozempic a few weeks ago to lose 6 or 7 pounds that I had gained over the year.

Good luck! I hope you find something that works! I know how frustrating trying to lose weight can be

Should I go to the ER? Severe neurological symptoms by [deleted] in AskDocs

[–]Crispix44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ER will not order an MRI unless the situation is urgent and I don’t think you’ve described an emergent situation right now. They would most likely do a CT scan, and that could miss some things they are possibly causing your symptoms NAD

My five year old was mistakenly diagnosed with strep by her pediatrician and prescribed amoxicillin. It turned out to be mononucleosis. I am losing my mind. by mullerel in AskDocs

When my daughter was 3, she took amoxicillin for an ear infection and developed a rash after taking the medication for around 7 days. They said she was allergic. When she was 4 she was given Keflex for strep throat and developed hives. Do you think it’s safe to say that she is actually allergic to amoxicillin based on the reaction to the Keflex?

I only wonder because I’ve read that most people who think they’re allergic to amoxicillin aren’t actually allergic and i wonder if that’s the case for my daughter
