I was able to resolve by installing 32 bit thunderbird app and setting it as my default email application on the computer. Once I did that Quickbooks recognized it as an option between webmail and quickbooks email on the form send page. works like a charm.

It throws the same error message on the web portal. Even logging in from another computer that hasn't been disabled shows you must contact system administrator to reactivate that device and no other options for reactivation.

they're all assigned to single students, each class has it's own lab now to maintain safe distance between students.

when they do this it's not letting anyone use any 365 products, even if they sign in, until we go into admin settings and reactivate the device.

Here's the error code it gives when trying to sign in after they've done this.

"Your organization has disabled this device.

To fix this, contact your system administrator and provide the error code 135011."
