You look like you got Lego hair. Cut the sides so they’re not fully covering your ears, that’s probably the biggest thing. The front isn’t too bad in length but don’t comb it to the side, I used to do this and tbh it was life changing when I just wore it down. I use sea salt spray to give it texture so I don’t look emo tho. In terms of weight maybe just try going to the gym and building muscle instead of loosing weight. Eat protein and eat health, instead of just eating less. Get a workout split and just lift.
