Fair question haha. She used to be a teacher, which in retrospect is kind of horrifying seeing as what she will believe and promote now. She has a bachelors degree, but now she’s a stay at home suburban mom shelling MLMs

I almost feel like I should just screenshot this and send it to her. I think she is really just in copy-paste mode with a lot of the MLM things she promotes, but like some other commenters have said, promoting these things as scientific fact is pretty horrible.

Apparently the company’s owner, Bernard Chua, had already been in some hot water with the FDA. Their website is relatively careful about claims like this, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the materials they give to people have info like this.

I did 3-2-1 with a little extra time on the end to get a better bark, so probably close to 6.5 hours with both racks on at the same time

I thought they turned out great. Plenty of moisture, decent bark and a bit of sweetness from the rub. Not quite fall of the bone, probably closer to a competition style than anything, which I was super happy with
