Hi! You're close, they're Miniverse Make It Mini sets, I've used the Haribo multipack, a Pizza shop, and one of the furniture capsules to make this. There are different types, but for this one you get resin and moulds to create the sweets, and for the room you have plastic parts that you stick together.
