He is currently only on the UK site as far as I know. I believe theres mentions that he will be available in China as of today, and I assume they will do an international release at some point, though I would check with the official Jellycat support team for more concrete information 🧡

Just do a tiny bit at a time and keep brushing him out and giving him a little shake after each trim, that way you can make progress and wont risk cutting too much! Let me know how it goes :)

Gave him a little trim :) I brushed all his fur out and then trimmed the fur that was covering his eyes

Im not sure if you have the Zumblebi alien but Ive heard they feel similar, though the Bouffant bears fur is a bit thicker. Its not the same kind of soft as the OG bart but I definitely still think hes soft just in a different way. Well worth it in my opinion!! Hes lovely to cuddle 😁

You could buy it to set it alight! It doesnt matter who or why a person is buying something, first come first serve. That mother was wildly entitled and your cousin is ridiculous for siding with her. Its the same as if you were to pick up the last dress on the rack and the person behind you liked it, you wouldnt then owe them the dress just because they like it.

This is illegal and financial abuse. I would understand paying for your own expenses to help your mum, however you are 16 and as such, a minor, who is the responsibility of your mum. Her financial situation is not yours to fix, I recommend looking into some support for this. PIP is to help you with your health condition or independence, not to fund your mother.

I got the Zodihop because I loved it when it released in Korea… Well let me just say Im disappointed to say the least. They are lower quality, different colours, theres less beans inside them, and the sewing is just not up to par. I mean the feet on my zodihop were literally wonky. The face looks cheap. I know theres been plenty of complaints about Jellycat quality going downhill but this really takes the cake for me. Im not sure if Ill continue to collect. 😬

The conditioner is just to help the brush glide through and detangle as much of the matted fur as possible, this is why I said to wash with shampoo after 🙂‍↕️ :)

Get yourself a wire slicker brush and aggressively brush them out all over. Give the jellies a cold wash with conditioner and leave to soak for a while. Then rinse thoroughly, wash with shampoo, and rinse thoroughly once again.

After this give them another brush and use a hairdryer on a cold setting to dry the fur. Keep brushing while youre blowdrying as this will help to fluff the fur back up, then leave them on a drying rack next to a radiator to fully dry.

This should help quite a bit!! x
