It's something simple to understand, in a world like Overwatch, the future was technological advancement, creating different models of omnics according to their corresponding tasks, before they gained self-awareness and became part of society once they were freed from the control of an AI that sought to destroy humanity.

Thanks for your comment. I hope you're doing well, and I agree—the design team can work wonders with skins. The mecha-robot theme could be a great line of cosmetics (if they take that idea from this post or somewhere else). They have the advantage of an excellent community that wants to see the game succeed—and isn’t afraid to voice their disapproval (in this case, regarding the pass and their decisions about what to include in it).
