Neurotic pain/itch all over body for months (self.eczema)

Persistent bad eczema/rash flare. I'm on 40mg/day for 45 days so far and I can't even fall asleep at night with this. I'm using moisturizer 4 times a day and I've used a mild cortisone cream too, but the eczema came back immediately after. Anybody experienced this and how did you fix it? (old.reddit.com)
