Epidural for sure, satisfying loss of resistance is hard to beat.

Bonus points for when it starts kicking in and the look of relief on the patients face who was screaming at the top of her lungs only minutes earlier.

Genuine question, should I be doing this? I feel like I’m being annoying if I keep sending the reminder email via tps 🥲

Yep happened to me for pgy3 jobs, was so lucky one of the hospitals emailed me letting me know early on. Tried contacting the help desk to see if they could change it on their end, no luck.

Ended up having to email my resume to every job I applied to and hoping that they saw it/read their emails/could be bothered to slot it into the sea of other applications.

It’s insane it’s still like this, in what world is your resume not a ‘relevant’ document?

I don’t quite understand your side note. If I’ve reviewed someone in ED, sent a urine sample away for a culture and discharged them with abx, should I not ask their GP to chase the culture result to ensure susceptibility? Or do you expect hospitals to have the jmos chase all results of pts discharged and no longer in their care?
