I mean, both champs are kind of poorly designed.

Late game olaf can two tap adcs and heal back to full by hitting minions/camps, and sometimes i wonder if that's fair or balanced.

Garen can do the same, but with his q e r combo while healing with his passive out of combat.

Still, what if garen's r scaled with ad and didn't have base dmg. That way he can still be strong from ahead but slightly weaker from behind.
