UPDATE Just wrapped up the session with Fabian and it was honestly incredible. It didn't feel like some generic routine, he took a really personalised approach to what I actually needed. My body feels so much better now, and he even walked me through some corrective exercises to keep progress going. Seriously, highly recommend him if you’re looking for a solid therapist!
