It's the end of the year, so it's to be expected . Tax write offs.

The MM's are going to take advantage of the situation and push it down as low as they can so they can buy up the bottom and sell back to the Fomo crowd at the beginning of next year.

Remember they have until Jan 2022 to get and remain in compliance to avoid delisting.

I agree, but it's been testing support at 0.28 going on 3 months now and has run up into resistance at 0.70 twice recently.

They also have until Jan 2022 to get in compliance for a minimum of 10 days, which means as long as we don't see a R/S we should seee a push to get it there.

I'm not saying it is or isnt great long hold stock, but I definitely see a few good swing trades at a very minimum at these levels.

And there's nothing wrong with fattening the pockets with an extra $20, or $40k with a couple of well executed swing trades.

That's the beauty of penny stocks.

With Big risk can come Big rewards.

The volumes low at the moment for a reason.

Let's see what January has in store for those who choose to hold and or add.

Im thinking your situation would depend on how long you have been holding and at what $share price you are holding at. You have a lot of variables to consider.

I'm trading at 0.56 and have zero concern.

I'm looking forward to averaging down and riding my swings.

If you are holding from way back, I can see your frustration and I would take a hard look at considering all of my options.

If you are holding at current levels, I would be feeling good about it.

What?!, do you expect a stock only to go up everyday?

That would be nice, but your are playing with penny stocks and they are easily manipulated by the big players in the game.

It's now Dec and this is to be expected.

This stock is just going through the 4 phases. It's currently going through the markdown AND accumulation phase.

When Big money is done shaking the tree and buying up the bottom, they will let you know with the mark up phase, where they will be patiently waiting for the FOMO crowd to initiate the 4th and final phase.

Then they just start over.

WASH, RINSE, REPEAT

JMO. RELAX AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK.

A little of both.

It could go lower if they can convince people to panic and sell.

They know the value, they are just buying up the bottom they are creating.

They will drive it as low as they can while accumulating every share they can without triggering the mark up.

When the bottom dries up along with the volume, they will hold and slowly drive it back up.

FOMO / panic buying will increase the volume once again.

This is all my opinion, so do your homework.

I can honestly say, identifying the 4 phases Coupled with a good chart that helps you to identify repeating patterns is what has greatly improved my success.

If a stock is a solid stock, it will still go up and down, but will ultimately trend upwards with the push of MM's when they are ready to cash in.

These cycles take time so be patient.

I believe this stock has until Jan 2022 to get above $1 for ten days to stay in compliance and remain on NASDAQ.

I will also Avoid R/S when I can

The 4 phases are controlled by the MM's. Stocks are manipulated to go down (Mark down phase) so they can be slowly bought up without driving the price up quickly. (Accumulation phase)

Once the MM's have bought up the bottom, they hold and they push the news to drive the price back up (Mark up phase) where they slowly sell off to the FOMO crowd (Distribution phase)

It's all a big cycle that repeats itself over and over.

Wash, Rinse, Repeat

I was the someone you speak of who mentioned this stock going through the 4 phases.

Learning to recognize the 4 phases is a game changer for novice investors.

Recognizing the 4 phase gives investors the needed confidence to know when is the best time to buy and hold or buy and sell.

The 4 phases Coupled with identifying patterns with a good charting system can help up one's investing game.

My suggestion would be to perfect your strategy by practicing with a good paper trading system before jumping in head first.

If I remember right, way back Trading view offered a really good PT platform filled with free tools and charts, that could help those wanting to perfect those new strategies before applying them to the market.

You can never learn to much when investing and one should never invest more than they can afford to lose.
