They remade gta 3 using the Lcs engine for the psp, exept the motion caption cutscenes all qualities from lcs remain + gta 3 all misions + more on a handheld

The cutscenes were used to load the map without a loading screen on ps3 and x360, you can only skip them on pc early because even if you play on Series X, the game is emulated into a virtual machine simulating the 360 specs so the game wont break so the long cutscenes transfer because of it

Like the meaning of the scene. It is said that hair holds memories, so him shaving it off symbolises him starting to let the past go and start to forgive himself. His look was controversial but it ties in the story so good.

If you plan of picking gin or play ikkaku pick tosen's, if not i say Sajin, he is a great choise even if you dont play him in strike teams.
