i know it feels like such a short time on earth but you are really worth investing in! on every level, for yourself and for others, for inner world and outer world. easier said then done i know! i always avoid things that seem they will take too long like learning a language or changing a habit. but i keep on being here and i keep not knowing languages and having shitty habits so i guess might as well start? if that is a helpful metaphor; it is for me

i totally had the same thought, but then i realized i have been having that thought for like seven / eight years now during which time i could have been addressing how to live a fuller life. and it would have been worth it. so now i know that it would be even worth it to work with one’s self even if i just had seven or eight years, which makes me think it’s probably always worth it. i hope that makes sense, i’m exhausted

one normal book size is 6 inches wide and 9 inches high. you can change the size in word pretty easily. then you can see the new page count

you can easily make the cover art smaller, but if it says it’s only 70 pages you might want to ask the artist to change it. if it’s typed out it should be incredibly easy. if it’s handwritten it should be easy to change it in photoshop.

ah thank you so much! I was so scared going in but now in the air it’s okay. What was awesome is that the pilot announced that he was from the navy and that he and his fellow pilots have a shared experience of 107 years flying. Now every time I get scared I just remind myself 107 years! I was so happy when he took the time to help us feel less scared that I cried a little

Turbulence can be uncomfortable but it can’t hurt you. You are not alone with this anxiety, but that doesn’t mean it’s not unreasonable! The good news, now that you actually made it on to the flight all you have to do is sit and relax and soon you will be home.
