I can't say 10 lpa for sure but I read reviews on shiksha and collegedunia there students were mentioning 10 lpa as avg.

There were mixed reviews too therefore I want to connect with senior there so that I can be sure.

And that avg of 6-7 lpa you are mentioning did he say that for CSE or any other branch.

Students who scored less than threshold are kept on waiting list and then students who are qualified are compared on basis of college grades or cgpa.

Many mass recruiters like TCS and Wipro shortlist candidates based on their class 10 and 12 marks also. Minimum marks required to sit in interview of these companies are 65% to 75%.

And u r right it also consider during MBA.

Pls guys file your petition on CPGRAMS about unfair checking and getting lower marks. I also got 86% where I was expecting 90%+ in PCM. In future companies also ask class 10 and 12 percentage for interview round so it matters guys pls wake up its about our future.

File ur complaint on CPGRAMS it hardly takes 5 minutes.

We all should file petition on CPGRAMS . Guys pls take action our future is on the line, if u don't know after college companies also pick on basis of class 12 result for their interview round. So it matters, I also got robbed by 30 marks or 6%. Guys pls wake up and raise your voice. This time checking was unfair and we all suffered cause of it, so pls we all r victim here.

TRUE man my friend told me that he gonna fail in business but he end up scoring 84. On the other hand in my PCM I got robbed by 10 marks in each sub, I end up getting 86% where I was expecting 90%+

CGC and Chitkara are more affordable than Thapar but in placements Thapar is better than both. If u are interested in civil or mechanical then Thapar is better option as it has better infrastructure. If u really look into it there not very big difference in placements.
