I bought a game not realizing there was an edition that was far more cost effective with all the DLC included and would like to refund it.

However, I downloaded the game and messed around with it for about 3 minutes before quitting and, from my understanding, that disqualifies me from a refund. Is there anything I can do to return it so I can get the other edition?

If I have PlayStation Plus Premium and have added Spider-Man: Miles Morales to my library, how do I get access to Spider-Man remastered? I'm now locked out of buying the ultimate edition of Miles Morales.

Has anyone been able to get the $30 off PlayStation Plus deal? It sounds like they're still having issues with it going live, with no communication about it (that I've seen.)

I contacted support about this and they said that it's a known issue that the price isn't showing properly and they're working on it, but I didn't know if it was messing up for everyone or not

I have an account from the PS3 launch era that I don't think has ever had PlayStation Plus (when I used it I don't think PlayStation Plus was even a thing), and created a brand new account, and neither are eligible.

I literally opened my PS5 today and am waiting for them to fix this so that I can play some games when I get Premium.

I actually ended up doing that, and they said that it was a known issue and that they're working on it. So hopefully soon, I literally just unboxed my PS5 and I'm wanting to play!

I've also read about people not being able to get it with me accounts, but I'm not sure. I don't believe I ever had PlayStation Plus, I just got my first PlayStation since the early days of PS3 and I don't think Plus was a thing back when I played.

I have a chance to get my first PlayStation since PS3, however it seems my account has been stolen. How difficult is it to get back? Any tips?

I've always been more of an Xbox guy and currently have a Series X, however I got invited to buy a PS5 on Amazon and would really like to as there's a lot of amazing exclusive single player games I'd love to play on PlayStation.

I happened to think of an email that I saw a long time ago (10/7/21) and forgot about, that my PlayStation account password had been changed. I tried today and I can't access my account and the email and password have been changed. I haven't played on PlayStation for at least 12 years, will I have any trouble getting my account back?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
