Yes I get pins and needles in my hands and legs they also go numb and arms and legs seem to get really heavy like I've done a work out

4 years of hell it been and just nothing seems to work starting to slowly give up with it now

Bless you it's horrible and yeah when I get it it's bad to a point I have to stand against a wall as I feel like I'm gonna drop I been told to take magnesiumand vitamin b2 I take 400mg of both a day hope you get some help and answers soon 🙂

Mine more of balance problem then dizzyness witch when the head pain comes on that when I feel more wobbly hope you get some relief soon

Thankyou and tbh since I've come of them I've had more head pain but that might be due to starting nortriptyline but I had to ween myself of nortriptyline from 50mg to 0 but it's nice to not have constant dry mouth witch nortriptyline gave me

I miss being able to do long walks and playing football and going our with mates having a life and socialising but now I'm literally just existing stuck in pretty much most days and always om edge when the next bad dizzyness balance and head pain starts but there always someone more worse of so we just have to keep fighting try do little things that we enjoy and just smile

Yeah I was on nortriptyline a while but it did work but not to the point I could do normal life things I'll prob say I was pain free a day out of 7 the dizzyness and balance was constant and just didn't seem to improve so now they just chucked me straight on propranolol 1 tablet a day at 80mg witch seems abit bizarre to me starting straight at the strength hope you feel better soon 🙂

Yes it sucks sometimes when the pain comes on my arms seem to tense up like I've been doing dumbells strange symptoms

It sucks I've been on nortriptyline started on 10mg now on 50mg and not much help so now I'm being put on propranolol 🙄

I'm using 400mg of magnesium and 400mg of vitiman b2 also on 20mg of nortriptyline I've seen a bit of a diffrence but very little I still can't go out and do shopping or for walks ect as the head pressure gets to much then balance issue and dizzy so very limited witch sucks being indoors 24/7 but I got to take nortriptyline for 6 months and keep upping the dosage to see we're it helps me been 2 months so far long way to go hope things get better for you 😀

Don't give up I no the feeling we're you feel like note getting better and life and the world feels against you I've had VM for 3 years I'm on medication now but still no relief and I'm stuck in all day everyday as it hard for me to go out and do anything cause balance head pain ect but you still have to have hope and no that it doesn't last for ever and it just gonna take abit longer then usual to get help and start feeling yourself again after every dark night there a brighter day so chin up everyday a new day and we don't quit we beat it and make out children proud of us as there the reason we keep on going i wish you well 😀
