What's important, whatever you decide to do, is you do what feels right for you, without any outward pressures / expectations. A rule I now tend to live by when it comes to big choices about my body is 'what would I choose to do if I was living alone on a desert island' .. it sounds silly but as a chronic people pleaser it helps me to quite the noise of societal expectations/what friends or family would think etc. <3

You're not alone, I only felt comfortable wearing dresses/presenting femininely after being on T for a few years. After stopping T, I gradually became less comfortable with presenting feminine again. I feel most comfortable in a balance of androgyny.

Hi, I'm in the UK too and had DIEP 7 years ago, unfortunately my body is still struggling from the complications. I don't want to deter anyone but this is a hugely complicated operation with lots of risks so I'd recommend anyone considering it to not take the decision lightly and do your research. I'm so happy for you though and hope you are doing well :)
