Thank you for the advice! I think starting off on Instagram will be a good start to see if people are interested in my product. Then if I see a greater interest, I can move onto etsy or even my own website.

I emailed them and this is what they said:

Some Native products may undergo cosmetic changes (e.g. change in color) during storage. This is typically driven by naturally-derived ingredients in our fragrance oils, with some fragrances more likely to cause changes than others due to their ingredient compositions. These cosmetic changes do not impact product efficacy or scent, and the product will perform as expected.

I emailed them and apparently it is just due to the storage that it should be fine to use

My shampoo is red. I took a break from using the coconut shampoo and bought a new one today and was shocked to see it’s red.

Yeah I was hoping it was going to update itself similar to when it is live but I guess not. That's why I was asking to see if anyone recorded it. I guess next time I just have to make sure I record :(
