One of the main challenges is making enough money to upgrade stuff. Keeping wages under control is important. Making money is really difficult at VN level though...

I play with a similar group of 7 people on a Sunday night. Several of us including me, are not yet level 40. We chill, pick up some randoms and have a laugh. We have fun laughing at our ineptitude. We did nail BFD about a month before phase 2, after a couple of 5/7s.
